Qualifications

• Basic project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, fire alarm systems, and/or electronic security systems).
• Developing project financial skills.
• Leadership Orientation—actively guides and mentors others within the organization.
• Strong Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects.
• Ensure projects are executed on budget and on time.
• Maintain positive cash flow on assigned projects.
• Interface with the customer to maximize satisfaction.
• Identify potential project risks and help develop mitigation strategies.
• Utilize financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and provide timely reports.
• Perform other duties as requested or required.
