Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects.
- Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules.
- Ensures positive cash flow on all assigned projects.
- Acts as key interface with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction.
- Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to minimize impact.
- Utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and provide reports.
- Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested.
