Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in the electrical field with 1 year of electrical estimating experience.
• Travel 15-20%.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects with safe, profitable, timely delivery.
• Identifies and generates new business; networks and maintains customer relationships.
• Promotes a positive culture and collaborates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• Attends site, project, and financial meetings; reviews progress and performance with teams.
• Coaches staff, conducts performance reviews, and supports recruiting and employee relations.
• Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating to ensure accuracy.
