Qualifications

• - Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Construction, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• - 5 years in electrical field and 1 year electrical estimating experience.
• - Travel: 15–20%.
• - Work hours: 7:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Mon–Fri; may occur any day to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• - Plans, organizes, and staffs electrical/automation/MES construction projects.
• - Ensures projects are safe, profitable, high quality and meet customer expectations.
• - Identifies and generates new business.
• - Networks, maintains customer relationships.
• - Coordinates with Purchasing and vendors for material coordination.
• - Attends project and staff meetings.
• - Performs performance reviews and mentors staff.
• - Partners with HR on recruiting and employee relations.
• - Reviews outgoing estimates with Estimating Department.
• - Visits jobsites to monitor progress and safety.
