Job summary

Tri Counties Bank in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a Relationship Manager for Commercial Lending to grow and retain assigned portfolio clients. You will collaborate with the Commercial Banking Regional Manager to deepen relationships and cross-sell the Bank’s products, services and strategic planning to develop robust relationship plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business administration preferred.
• 3 years of related experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical and credit analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to present to executives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned Commercial or Business relationships, proactively retaining and expanding them.
• Monitor profitability, retention and growth, and respond to portfolio changes.
• Maintain a loan portfolio, minimize risk, and monitor delinquencies and covenant compliance per policy.
• Recommend and model appropriate loan structures for expanding relationships.
• Ensure all documents for loan packages are collected and complete.
