Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in home health.
• Experience managing operations within a large or growing home health organization preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong computer and EMR skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions.
• Lead, manage, and support administrative and operational teams.
• Establish and improve workflows, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor productivity, performance, and operational outcomes.
• Partner with clinical leadership to coordinate and communicate effectively.
• Support staffing, scheduling, employee development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with home health regulations and company policies.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Support organizational growth, census development, and business objectives.
