Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Send/receive patient records in compliance with HIPAA and regulations.
• Obtain lab/x-ray reports, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and manage charts.
• Prepare patient rooms, maintain infection control, and restock supplies.
• Check schedules, assist patients with movement, take vitals, and document information.
• Answer calls and provide patient education as directed.
• Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, basic labs, and assist physicians with procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow safety/regulatory requirements.
