Matrix-IFS is seeking a hands-on Marketing Director to lead all marketing initiatives, develop one-to-one customer materials, and support the Sales Team in building stronger relationships and revenue. This role oversees digital strategy, content production, events, PR, and campaigns, with growth opportunities in a dynamic technical consultancy serving Banks, Brokerage, and Financial Services.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of marketing experience, excellent copywriting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• 4+ years of marketing experience in B2B or financial services preferred.
• Strong copywriting and messaging development abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Define targets and metrics for marketing initiatives and analyze results.
• Collaborate with leadership to design field campaigns and tools.
• Develop customer-facing materials and digital collateral for sales.
• Measure ROI and apply learnings to future programs.
• Maintain up-to-date marketing materials on the intranet.
• Manage outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and telemarketing.
• Work with sales and SMEs to build outbound lead-generation campaigns.
