Job summary

Matrix is seeking a Marketing Leader to build and scale a global marketing function in a fast-paced software environment. This hands-on role drives demand generation, elevates brand awareness, and forges strategic partnerships that contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.

You will define integrated campaigns, own digital and social channels, manage content, SEO/SEM, and ABM programs while collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B software/ SaaS marketing experience.
• Proven success driving demand generation and revenue growth.
• Hands-on with digital marketing, content, email, paid media, and social media.
• Experience building partnerships and alliance programs.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics.
• Excellent content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Demand Generation: develop and execute integrated marketing strategy focused on pipeline generation.
• Own lead generation programs across digital, content, email, webinars, events, and partner channels.
• Manage marketing funnel performance from awareness to opportunity creation.
• Drive ABM initiatives targeting key industries and strategic accounts.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.
