Job summary

Salas O’Brien is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to elevate the firm’s brand and drive growth by creating compelling materials and supporting business development in New England.

You will partner with marketing and technical teams to produce reports, SOQs, and proposals, manage collateral, and coordinate production processes to ensure timely, compliant delivery. This role offers growth opportunities and exposure to a range of marketing activities across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science/Art degree in marketing, advertising, business, engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in marketing at an AEC firm (required).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all members of the marketing team and technical staff.
• Assist in company brand management.
• Develop, own, and provide technical/production support for company reports, SOQs, RFPs, and standard proposals (writing, editing, production).
• Develop and maintain marketing collateral and business profile information (company profiles, marketing literature, project profiles, advertisements, digital assets).
• Develop or revise collateral materials for specific business segments, clients, and staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and organize projects and production processes to ensure compliant, timely, and cost-effective completion.
• Create and edit standard letter proposals with engineering input for prospective and existing clients.
• Create and update standardized information for the department.
• Create libraries of marketing, production, and proposal templates.
• Assist technical staff in preparing for seminars, papers, and presentations.
