Scotlynn is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the United States to support customer accounts and logistics operations. You will work with experienced Logistics Account Managers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to manage loads, communicate with customers and carriers, and handle data entry and admin tasks.

The role requires organization, proactivity, and eagerness to gain experience in transportation, account management, customer service, and operations.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations.

Responsabilidades

• Accept loads, build and book loads, organize and track workloads.
• Notify customers of freight arrivals, pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain lines of communication with carriers and facilities.
• Data entry into fleet management and vendor platforms.
• Maintain purchase orders and provide admin support.
• Resolve shipment issues with customers, carriers and facilities.
• Work with Logistics Account Manager to maintain accounts.
• Negotiate rates and contracts for shipments.
