Responsibilities

• Managing logistics processes.
• Consulting with Logistics Account Managers to provide customer support and resolve problems.
• Planning based on market conditions, customer needs, and workload.
• Conducting business development activities by identifying prospective customers and following leads.
• Invoicing purchase orders.
• Preparing and budgeting sales goal reports and maintaining records.
• Meeting regularly with the sales team to discuss goals.
