Scotlynn is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in the United States to support customer accounts and logistics operations. You will work with experienced Logistics Account Managers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to manage loads, communicate with customers and carriers, and handle data entry and admin tasks.

The role requires organization, proactivity, and eagerness to gain experience in transportation, account management, customer service, and operations.

Qualifikationen

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll support customer accounts and logistics operations while working alongside experienced Logistics Account Managers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Accept customer loads upon approval of the Logistics Account Manager, building loads, booking loads, organizing loads and tracking loads


• Notify customers of freight arrivals, pickups, movement, and deliveries


• Maintain lines of communication with carriers, customers, shipping, and receiving facilities


• Perform data entry into fleet management system and online customer/vendor platforms


• Maintain purchase order records and provide administrative support as needed


• Resolve shipment issues and coordinate adjustments with customers, carriers and distribution facilities


• Collaborate closely with Logistics Account Manager to ensure proper maintenance of accounts


• Negotiate rates and contracts for individual freight shipments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associates degree in Business Administration or other related fields of logistics preferred


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred


• Strong communication, problem-solving, planning and multitasking skills


• Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations


• 1+ years of load planning, transportation coordination, customer service, or related experience preferred


• Resilience, confidence, coachability, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

$42,000—$42,000 USD
