Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Cordova, TN is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to develop new leads, revive lost accounts, and drive revenue through proactive outreach and CRM-driven order processing.

You will manage at least 15 customers daily, support the outside sales team, prepare proposals, track performance, and stay current on product trends while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads and opportunities.
• Foster relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Track and report sales performance using the CRM.
• Drive sales growth with proactive outbound calls, managing at least 15 customers daily using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation teams to maintain accounts and expedite order cycles.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
• Stay informed about product innovations, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Work with Sales Enablement to drive revenue and adoption of digital resources.
