Job summary

SRS Distribution, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate in Cordova, TN to develop new leads and nurture customer relationships within the Pool/Landscape industry. You will drive outbound sales, manage multiple accounts via CRM, and support order processing with a focus on excellent service.

The role requires an entrepreneurial, team-oriented mindset and a solution-driven approach, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Some travel to trade shows may be required.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
• Foster strong relationships with internal and external customers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support outside sales in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals for potential clients.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive sales growth with proactive outbound calls, managing at least 15 customers daily using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with Credit and Lead Generation teams to maintain accounts and expedite orders.
• Maintain meticulous records of sales interactions, quotes, and transactions.
• Stay informed about product innovations and market trends.
