Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. is hiring an Inside Sales Associate in Cordova, TN. You will develop new leads, nurture relationships with customers, and support the sales team through proactive calls and efficient order processing.

You will use CRM tools to track opportunities, prepare proposals, and maintain accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain organized records.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business leads and opportunities.
• Support outside sales in account management and order processing.
• Prepare product demonstrations, presentations and proposals to clients.
• Track and report sales performance using CRM.
• Drive outbound calls and manage at least 15 customers daily.
