CCF Family of Brands seeks a General Manager for a TitleMax location in Phoenix, AZ. You’ll drive store performance, lead a team, and deliver results while upholding compliance and delivering world-class customer service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, implementing local marketing, evaluating loan/pawn transactions, and ensuring safety and cash controls. The role offers leadership exposure, comprehensive training, and career advancement across eleven brands.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/leadership role in retail, finance, or related industries.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, Microsoft Office and similar systems.
• Valid driver's license with auto insurance and access to a personal vehicle.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama); background check required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store performance and meet/exceed company standards.
• Coach and develop team to drive new business and revenue growth.
• Identify local marketing strategies and partnerships to grow store traffic.
• Review loan/pawn applications and assess risk within policy.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
• Manage cash, security, and loss prevention; handle opening/closing duties.
• Schedule staff to align with budget and store needs; maintain appearances.
• Hire, onboard, and retain store employees; handle customer escalations.
