TitleMax in Americus, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily activities, support customers, and drive sales. You will oversee loan and pawn operations, manage staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while upholding excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, or retail is preferred.
• Supervisory or lead experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build business relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain POS and customer data with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
• Work on-site, including store errands and external marketing as needed.
• Meet performance standards through partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Maintain store security, vault and cash handling procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; prepare reports and financial data.
• Maintain store appearance and handle facility needs and scheduling.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
