Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ supervisory or leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in operations or retail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to meet/exceed performance standards.
• Coach and develop team; implement training and performance reviews.
• Drive local marketing, partnerships, referrals, and community events.
• Oversee safety, audits, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage cash handling, loss prevention, and daily deposits.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage for minimum 40 hours/week.
