Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco's Pizza locations in Winston-Salem, NC. You will lead and develop people to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service while building sales and controlling costs.

We expect a hands-on leader who can recruit, train and coach a team, manage scheduling and payroll, and drive store KPIs. Relocation is encouraged to support our growth in the region and career advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience
• 1 year of restaurant experience (preferred)
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members
• Willing to work ~50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Ensure standards for quality, service, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Coordinate inventory par levels, ordering, and weekly/monthly inventories.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits, and reporting to home office.
