Job summary

Marco’s Pizza, part of Hoogland Restaurant Group, is seeking a General Manager to lead a store team in Hickory, NC. You will drive sales, ensure top quality food and service, and manage day-to-day operations.

You will recruit and train staff, oversee scheduling and payroll, and implement company policies to uphold our customer satisfaction standards. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on operation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week, including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Source and interview store employees to hire those who share company values.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and policies.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, benefits and performance reviews.
