Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager for Marco’s Pizza, a premier U.S. pizza franchise. You will lead a team to deliver outstanding product quality and customer service, while driving sales and controlling costs to ensure strong restaurant performance.

We expect 3 years of leadership experience, ability to manage up to 20 team members, and a commitment to a roughly 50-hour work week, including weekends. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 3 years of leadership experience, required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience, preferred.
• Ability to lead up to 20 team members.
• Willing to work about 50 hours per week including some Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Maintain standards for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Complete inventory and ensure proper ordering systems are in place.
• Ensure proper security and procedures for deposits and safe contents.
