Job summary

Hoogland Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager for Marco's Pizza locations to lead and develop people, oversee operations, and drive sales while controlling costs. Relocation is encouraged to support rapid expansion and franchise growth across the US.

You will hire, train, and manage teams, set standards for quality and customer service, and partner with corporate for payroll, benefits, and performance reviews. A strong leader with a passion for people will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• Lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service.
• Build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
• Relocate to support expansion and growth.

Responsibilities

• Source and interview store employees to ensure alignment with company values and customer service standards.
• Train team members on processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
• Schedule, payroll, benefits, performance reviews and reporting to the home office as requested.
• Plan and coordinate leadership team meetings with Assistant Manager, Shift Leads, and Manager in Training.
• Maintain standards for quality, speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Oversee inventory par levels, ordering, and weekly/end-of-period inventories.
• Ensure security and proper handling of deposits and cash.
