Qualifications

• Proven successful operation of a profitable and high-volume automotive dealership.
• Experience overseeing both Fixed and Variable operations and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
• Proven track record of staff selection, training, development and performance growth.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, internal processes and controls.
• History of exceeding manufacturer performance standards and profitability year over year.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Operate a profitable, high-volume dealership while upholding the group’s core values.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Select, train, and develop Fixed and Variable Operations teams to meet performance criteria.
• Increase market penetration for Variable and Fixed Operations year over year.
• Promote growth within the team and prepare for future group opportunities.
• Provide leadership and support for other dealerships in the Young Automotive Group.
• Engage with the community and support dealership participation in local events.
