Job summary

You will lead a dynamic group of automotive sales professionals at Young Automotive Group in Missoula, MT, driving sales performance and profitability while upholding our family-friendly, customer-first culture.

As General Sales Manager, you will train and develop teams, align sales strategies with dealership goals, and partner with marketing to attract buyers. Excellent leadership and a proven sales-management track record are required.
