You will join Young Automotive Group Headquarters in Utah to lead a high-volume, multi-location operation rooted in a family-owned culture and strong growth plan. This General Manager role emphasizes profitability, customer experience, and team leadership across Variable and Fixed Operations.

You will mentor and develop operations teams, drive market penetration, and support other dealerships while honoring our core values.

Qualifications

Proven successful operation of a profitable automotive dealership.
Strong understanding of Fixed and Variable operations.
Experience in staff selection, training and development.
Solid grasp of financial statements, processes and controls.
Track record of meeting manufacturer performance and profitability targets.
Commitment to personal and professional development.

Responsibilities

Operate profitable high-volume dealership in line with core values.
Provide an exceptional experience to customers.
Select, train, and develop Variable and Fixed Operations teams.
Increase market penetration for Variable and Fixed Operations year over year.
Promote growth within your team and strengthen bench for future expansion.
Provide leadership and support for other dealerships within the group.
Engage with the community around our dealerships and encourage staff involvement.
