Young Automotive Group in Utah is seeking a General Manager to lead one or more high-volume dealerships across the group's Utah presence. You will drive profitability, oversee Fixed and Variable operations, and model the family's people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Proven successful operation of a profitable and high-volume automotive dealership.
• Experience overseeing both Fixed and Variable operations and the ability to troubleshoot as needed.
• Proven track record of staff selection, training, development and performance growth.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, internal processes and controls.
• History of exceeding manufacturer performance standards and profitability year over year.
• Commitment to personal and professional development.

• A thorough understanding of financial statements, internal processes, and controls
• Proven track record of exceeding manufacturer performance standards as well as profitability expectations year over year
