Job summary

WhiteWater Express is hiring a General Manager to oversee the operations of a location, drive revenue, and maintain high service standards. The GM will lead a team, manage staffing and development, and ensure safety and compliance while reporting to the Area Director.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in fast-paced settings, with strong leadership, communication, and operational skills. Salary is $50,000–$55,000 with a bonus potential up to $17,500.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
