Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a location, drive revenue growth, and lead a high-performing team. You will ensure safety, service excellence, and financial performance while developing staff and maintaining operational standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and/or education considered.
• 1–3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment; retail/hospitality background preferred.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees; hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day operations and lead location performance.
• Foster a positive, customer-focused culture and develop team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, payroll, and compliance with policies.
• Grow revenue through member interactions, promotions, and KPI tracking.
