Job summary

Smile Brookline seeks a talented Patient Coordinator to drive growth and provide concierge-level service to patients. The role blends front-office communication, scheduling, payment collection, and insurance coordination in a patient-centered dental practice.

You will reactivate past patients, convert prospects, present financing options, and help advance treatment plans while encouraging online reviews and referrals as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone, in-person, and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect payments and schedule follow-ups.
• Experience with insurance tasks: PPO/claims verification/appeals (PTE).
• Ability to present financing options for treatment and discuss PMT options.
• Strong customer service mindset with patient-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Reactivate patients not seen in 6+ months.
• Convert prospective patients into actual patients.
• Submit PTE, claims, and appeals to insurance carriers.
• Obtain and present financing options for treatment.
• Present and drive adoption of treatment plans.
• Solicit and obtain Google Reviews and patient referrals.
• Process improvement suggestions.
• Marketing suggestions to drive growth.
• Other duties as required by the practice.
