Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record.
• Strong understanding of C&I loans, SBA loans and/or industry-focused lending.
• Knowledge of banks, credit and deposit products; international activity between U.S. and Greater China is a plus.
• Strong analytical, marketing/sales, consulting and negotiating skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; high energy and team orientation.
• Ability to influence, educate and connect teams, partners and customers to technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve quarterly/annual goals through business generation of C&I, CRE, mortgages, SBA, treasury management, deposits, investments and other products.
• Collaborate to develop and implement customer-centric marketing plans and generate new business via prospecting and referrals.
• Maintain understanding of credit policy, client eligibility and loan package submissions.
• Participate in local/regional business functions and coordinate targeted campaigns.
• Provide input on policies and competitive practices where appropriate.
• Educate customers on using digital platforms to bank and invest.
