You will handle transactions, maintain cash drawers, and support branch operations, including vault duties and CRA initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Grow existing customer relationships through proactive sales execution and lead management.
• Present a friendly, professional, and solution-oriented service approach.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell to meet financial needs.
• Conduct financial needs assessments and open accounts (checking, savings, CDs, IRAs).
• Discuss and sell loan products to customers and prospects.
• Promote online and mobile banking capabilities to customers.
• Assist management in coaching branch staff and participate in CRA initiatives.
• Process transactions accurately, balance cash drawer, and use teller equipment.
• Serve as Vault Teller to manage cash levels and currency orders.
