Check Into Cash in Tullahoma, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations and support customers with financial needs. You will coach Customer Service Representatives, manage accounts, and ensure strong in-store performance while upholding company policies.

The role offers on-the-job training, the chance to advance across our brands, and a comprehensive benefits package as part of our Total Compensation program. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check-cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining strong customer service.
