Speedy Cash is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Memphis, TN to guide customer interactions and store operations. You will lead teams, oversee daily cash handling, and drive growth through effective outreach and risk-aware decision making.

The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and the ability to work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the opportunity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be 18+ (19+ in Alabama).
• Ability to meet the physical demands (standing, lifting up to 25 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes including collections.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Handle store duties outside of office hours and on-site tasks.
• Meet company performance standards and participate in community events.
• Maintain store security and vault/cash drawer procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Keep store clean and address facility needs.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule including weekends (40 hours).
