Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and control costs to meet budgeted margins.
• Oversee accurate sales and loan transactions.
• Analyze business reports and act on key metrics.
• Ensure high levels of customer service from the team.
• Assist with staffing and retention efforts.
• Participate in onboarding and training of team members.
• Support engagement and manage turnover according to company expectations.
• Provide coaching, development and performance feedback to staff.
• Align daily goals with company strategic objectives.
