Job summary

EZCORP, Inc. in Lawrence, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 5–15 Pawnbrokers and Sales Associates. You will drive pawn and sales transactions while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced EZPAWN store.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree not required; High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in management, supervisory, and/or customer service is preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to Team Members to maximize store performance.
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, and training per Company Guidelines.
• Drive revenue and control costs to meet budgeted margins.
• Analyze key business metrics and implement actions.
• Oversee pawn and sales transactions with customers.
• Support 1:1 coaching and performance feedback sessions.
