CCF Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Waynesboro, GA. You will support customers with financial services, drive lead generation, and manage daily store operations to ensure high service levels.

The role emphasizes leadership development, training, and community engagement, with a strong focus on risk management and performance metrics. This is a full-time, in-person opportunity at a multi-brand network.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services to fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loans/pawn apps.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery while maintaining service.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Work outside the office when applicable (on-site errands, marketing).
• Support leadership in store audits, reporting, and compliance.
