Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Rincon, GA is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support customers, lead a team, and manage daily store operations. You will drive customer outreach, oversee transactions, and help ensure compliance and loss prevention.

This role offers on-the-job training, a full benefits package, paid time off, and opportunities to advance across our eleven brands nationwide. Full-time position with 40 hours per week, in-person work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency using phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a personal vehicle; mileage compensated.
• Background check required by law and company policy.
• Ability to meet physical demands including standing up to 90% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk of transactions and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing.
• Conduct daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to meet standards.
