Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager at Cairo, GA. You’ll support customers with financial services, manage store operations, and lead a team to drive performance.

The role emphasizes leadership development, risk management, and in-store community engagement. Eligible candidates have a high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service or retail, with 3+ months supervisory experience.

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge‑off accounts.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy and integrity.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
• Perform duties outside of the office, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
• Work to meet Company‑set performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting in‑store and community events.
• Maintain store opening/closing procedures, vault and cash drawer management, and compliance with policies and regulations.
• Monitor and maintain store appearance and cleanliness, address facility needs, and scheduling maintenance.
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment to meet individual and team performance standards.
• Maintain a full‑time in-person schedule, including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
• Speak with recruiters for up-to-date requirements.
