Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to leverage automotive knowledge and leadership skills to operate our retail store. You will support the Store Manager across all functions while maintaining active customer-facing sales responsibilities and ensuring store standards and continuity.

The role includes overseeing counter sales, inventory/receiving, delivery coordination and housekeeping, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with sales execution and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health and labor planning.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across retail and wholesale channels.
• Oversee opening/closing routines, security, cash reconciliation and end-of-day reporting.
• Provide coaching and performance management for store functions.
