Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical or trade school courses or degree completion.

Aufgaben

• Partner daily with Store Manager on operations, sales, inventory health, labor alignment, and team performance.
• Actively sell and build customer relationships across channels (in-store, phone, dealer/wholesale).
• Model expected behaviors and customer standards; oversee opening/closing routines and cash reconciliation.
• Handle scheduling input, compliance documentation, performance tracking/reports, and basic P&L awareness items.
• Monitor store metrics (sales, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, labor efficiency) and drive problem solving.
• Provide leadership oversight, training and performance management for store functions; coach and mentor successors.
• Drive safety, asset protection, operational processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
