Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Athens, GA. You will support customers with financial services, drive sales, and help manage store operations and staff.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership and customer-centered growth in a fast-paced retail environment. The position requires at least one year in customer service or retail, supervisory exposure, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems and standard computer software.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted per law.
• Able to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services to fit needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process applications and transactions.
• Conduct daily campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with a focus on customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives as needed.
• Perform on-site store duties including opening/closing and vault management.
• Support leadership to meet company performance standards and host in-store events.
• Ensure compliance with policies, laws, and store audits.
