Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Summerville, SC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support customers and lead store operations. You will drive sales, manage risk, and develop staff while participating in cross-brand training and leadership development opportunities.

You will contribute to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment with full-time hours, on-site work, and competitive benefits. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of customer service, sales, or retail experience.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS, and computer systems.
• Must be 18 years or older (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collections.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the POS system.
• Support on-site store operations and community events.
