Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Rincon, GA. You will support customers with financial services, lead store operations, and develop team members while maintaining strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance; personal vehicle used during workday.
• Background check required by applicable law.
• Able to meet physical demands (standing up to 90%, lift up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and process loan/pawn applications and related products.
• Perform daily call campaigns to market services and build business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain POS data accuracy and integrity within the system.
• Coach and develop Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Assist with on-site store tasks, community events, and marketing initiatives.
• Maintain security protocols and cash-handling procedures; audits and reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws; support continuous improvement.
• Maintain full-time in-person attendance, including weekends (40 hours/week).
