Job summary

Express Wash Concepts in Madison Heights, MI is seeking an Assistant Site Manager to support the site manager, ensure smooth operations, and deliver strong customer service.

You will lead with integrity, help drive sales of unlimited wash packages, manage labor and scheduling, oversee cash handling, and participate in recruiting and coaching for a growing, environmentally conscious car wash brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year of leadership experience required.
• 2+ years of customer service experience; de-escalation skills.
• Basic IT proficiency; familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible availability, including weekends; strong communication skills.
• Ability to close/open the site as needed and coach/mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-quality day-to-day on-site store operations.
• Lead with integrity and foster respectful accountability.
• Strive to exceed sales goals and store growth.
• Assist with recruiting, developing, and mentoring teams.
• Manage labor and staff scheduling and monitor related costs.
• Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, audits, and deposits.
• Monitor inventory and ensure safety and SOP adherence.
• Provide training and support to staff and address escalations.
