KBP Brands seeks an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant to lead a fast-paced team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll supervise daily operations, train staff, manage inventory and cash handling, and ensure compliance with brand standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, profitability, safety, and career growth through our internal leadership development program. You’ll close shifts as needed, support guest service, and participate in a quarterly bonus program based on

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, safely maneuver through compact spaces, and operate restaurant equipment.
