Job summary

KBP Foods, a part of KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our KFC restaurant. You will lead and coach the team, ensure guest service, manage daily operations, and uphold standards.

The role requires at least one year as AGM or similar in quick service, 18+, ability to close shifts several nights, and physical stamina. We offer growth, training, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in quick service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand/walk through full shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach the team for a positive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Oversee daily operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain KFC standards for food quality, prep, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
