Job summary

KBP Brands, through its KFC footprint, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead, train, and coach a hospitality team while delivering exceptional guest service. You will oversee daily operations, ensure food quality, manage costs, and maintain safety standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates bring at least one year of AGM experience in quick service or retail, are 18+, and can close at least two nights weekly, with opportunities for growth within KBP Foods.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, schedule, and coach your team to create a positive and productive work environment.
• Deliver excellent guest service and resolve issues quickly to ensure memorable dining experiences.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and compliance with company policies.
• Maintain KFC’s standards for food quality, preparation, and presentation.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards to provide a safe environment for guests and employees.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Anticipate and resolve challenges that arise during your shift.
