Green Thumb is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our RISE Dispensary to manage a diverse team and deliver memorable customer experiences. You will support the General Manager in overseeing customer experience, inventory operations, and staff development.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, promoting regional promotions, managing Seed to Sale processes, and leading a team through effective scheduling and coaching. Growth opportunities and a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations.
• Cannabis industry experience preferred.
• Inventory control experience preferred.
• Ability to work varying shifts (mornings, days, nights, weekends).
• Must have reliable attendance and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and regulations.
• Motivate team to execute programs and promotions effectively.
• Manage inventory, financial records, and Seed to Sale compliance.
• Maintain cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Lead omni‑channel customer experience across store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery.
• Coach team members to achieve loyalty goals and customer retention.
