Qualifications

• 3+ years managing teams in a retail setting with POS operations
• Cannabis experience preferred
• Meet scheduling and availability requirements including varying shifts
• Reliable attendance and compliance with company rules and laws

Responsibilities

• Oversee dispensary operations for compliance with security, inventory, and state regulations
• Motivate team to execute programs and in-store promotions
• Oversee cash handling and daily reconciliation; manage budgets and expenses
• Lead omni-channel customer experience across in-store, drive-thru, curbside & delivery
